For the past several years, on the third Tuesday of every month, I  have been hosting a camera club meeting at our local church. Everyone is welcome, regardless of skill level, type of camera, or aspirations (hobby or pro). There has never been a fee, it’s just a group of photographers getting together to learn, grow, and have fun. We typically explore an educational aspect of photography and then practice our newfound skill. If you’d like to join our club, please contact me.

On June 16, 2015, we will be taking a private tour of Carrie Furnace in the Homestead section of Pittsburgh. To learn more about Carrie Furnace, please visit the Rivers of Steel Website.

I have secured the location for a private tour! YAY!! They will give us a 30 minute tour and history of the facility and we will have 1.5 hours to explore and photograph on our own.

My dear friend Sandy from Red Lotus Photography has an incredible engagement session posted on her blog from Carrie Furnace, click here to see the photos.
