“Hi Heather, I’m trying to do a print order for a customer, and I’m trying to get an 8×10 and an 11×14 of a few pictures but the crop people out when I upload them to print. I tried changing the number to make it work and I’m just not getting it. Could you help me?”

Wow! That was cool, I learned something new! I have a question. When you’re pressing ‘R’ (or any other short key for that matter) are you just pressing the letter and not ctrl or command? Just want to be sure. Thank you!
