Adobe recently updated Lightroom version 6, as well as Lightroom on the Creative Cloud (CC). As of this writing, you can still purchase the standalone version of Lightroom, without the monthly subscription to the Creative Cloud. If you don’t have Lightroom yet, I would suggest purchasing the standalone version… unless you enjoy monthly payments?! Ultimately, the Creative Cloud will become necessary and these standalone versions will cease to exist. Click here to purchase.
In the next few weeks, we will look a few of the new features. In this free video, I share the addition of the pet eye removal tool. This is a common problem when using the flash with pets, and it has been notoriously difficult to correct in either Lightroom or Photoshop. I’m pretty excited about this tool!
